Why voice only
Language practice dies on camera. So does a late-night talk when you do not want to be seen. Pulse Talk is a 1:1 voice room: you tap, we match you with one other person, you speak. That is the whole product.
When to come
Random chat only works if two people show up at once. We keep posted hours instead of pretending the internet is full at 3am. Thursday–Sunday, 8–11pm India time is the window. If you arrive outside it, we tell you the room is empty and give you an invite link.
How a session works
Confirm you are 18. Tap Say Hello. If someone is waiting, you are connected. Mute, skip, leave, or report. A reported person is not matched with you again. We never turn on your camera.
